Prior to joining Tremendous, Magnus took a break from his career to manage his three young children through a cross-country move and the COVID-19 pandemic. As a stay-at-home dad, he developed a strong sense of resilience and adaptability, skills that have proven invaluable in his professional life. Before his hiatus, Magnus worked as a Venture Hacker at AngelList, the world's largest startup community. There, he led the devops team and oversaw the implementation of containerized hosting and other infrastructure projects. He also developed and maintained an automated invoicing and accounting system for their premium recruiting platform, A-List, which processed millions of dollars in revenue with minimal manual intervention. Magnus holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the International University in Germany.
